Assuming Dean gets the Illinois nomination, I’ll be a delegate to the Democratic Convention in July.

Rick, Rick, he's our man!If he can't delegate, no one can!There's a mis-configuration in the Illinois State Board of Elections' web site. When you ask for the URI that Rick's provided, the server gives back a 302 Object Moved response that contains a bad Location header. So, depending on your user-agent configuration, you'll see some odd stuff.It only does this if a Referer header is provided, so you can copy and paste the link just fine.
