Rick,The interesting slant on David's call to you, however, is that I didn't see it as “web marketing”. It was just being a nice person following up with a customer who was suffering from pain. I ignore the ads I see for most things (except Apple gear), but I what struck me the most with your story was that David chose to personally engage with you. Regardless, I'm glad that you saw that it made an impression on me.M.
